ClojureScript and React

Last year at Infopark, I showed you how to Grow Your Own Hypothetical Lisp. This year I'm back with a Real World Lisp for the JavaScript age: ClojureScript.

I'll live code a small app using React, in the meanwhile you'll learn the basics of ClojureScript, see how it plays together with existing JS libs, and see a bit React in action as well.

Let's validate your releases with JRuby, RSpec and SSH

What everyone involved in the process of crafting software thinks is testing, testing, right? we also do that in the logstash project so recently we improved our acceptance testing stack.

In this talk we're going to share the process that lead us where we are right now, why we decided to use jruby+rspec+ssh+vagrant, and not docker!, decisions made, what was ok, what was okeish and what we're for sure going to make better in the feature.

Let’s create an interpreted programming language!

Now that we have a parser, what can we do with it? Let’s create a programming language!

In this talk, I’ll show you how to create a simple programming language.
